Baring my soul a little… but here we go. As I si Baring my soul a little… but here we go. As I sit back down at my desk, I don’t want to look back. 2024 was FACKING HARD. 💪But this isn’t a post about that- it’s about how I feel like one resilient mofo and shouting out all the humans who brought me back to life. (🥰Before I get into that- there were a TON of amazing and joyful moments. We started a new tradition NYE of recounting our top 5-10 fave moments of the year and mine were so easy to recall.) I also increased revenue and profit in 2024 miraculously. (That’s all thanks to an amazing team and some solid foundations). But between losing my grandfather and me having a massive crash 6 months post 16 years of Zoloft wean, I am feeling so proud of myself for finding me again. You know those graphics that show the reality of healing being a bunch of ups and downs? Well let’s just say that Sept-Oct I was basically in the pit with the Mittengard wyrm (ACOTAR fans will get this 😂) and I clawed my way out with the help of SO many amazing humans. I couldn’t eat. Couldn’t sleep. Weighed less than I did at 15 years old. Couldn’t look at MJ without intense fear something bad was going to happen to her. But if I didn’t believe in miracles before, I do now. I found God and my angels and trust in the Universe. In a session with my “not” therapist I call her, the amazing @april.adams.emotion.coach - we called on my angels. And they said to me, clear as day- “We’ve been waiting for you. What took you so long?” My amazing husband literally held me and sang to me like a child when I thought I was losing my mind. I did an incredibly transformative 4 hour hypnosis with the LOVELY @lanagrantheadquarters followed by two GAME CHANGER intense breathwork sessions that cleared the remaining fear and sludge. Our client and amazing woman’s health provider @drstephaniemartin got me sleeping again within two days of following her supplement protocol. Weekly sessions with @cincinnatiacupunctureclinic have calmed my nervous system and have become the highlight of my week. (cont. in comments)
