Are you familiar with my Likes, Shares, and Saves email? It’s where I spill the tea on the books, TV shows, products, business services, and tools I love.

And I don’t mean to toot my own horn, but it was so well-received that I decided to bring this popular series to the blog and podcast! (Toot, toot!)

So keep reading because I’m sharing my summer favorites, including TV shows and books I’ve loved, products I’ve tried, and a few can’t-miss podcasts and business services for holistic wellness professionals.

TV Shows

I know this show is over a decade old, but my husband and I can’t get enough of “Suits.”

Netflix recently pushed it to the front of our queue, and we’ve stayed up too late binging it. Watching Megan Markle before she became The Duchess of Sussex is so fun!

And if you don’t have an Apple TV subscription, do yourself a favor and get one now. “Ted Lasso” and “Shrinking” are just two of our favorites on that streaming platform.

Books

I’ve become quite the bookworm in my 30s, and I love both paper and audiobooks.

At night, I want something light and funny. I’ve loved Jana Ivanoic’s “Stephanie Plum” series; they’re older but hilarious!

I’ve also enjoyed the “A Court of Thorns and Roses” series by Sarah J. Maas. Dr. Lauryn from She Slays the Day podcast got me hooked. These books are in the fantasy genre (think fairies), so if that’s not your cup of tea, skip them.

Going on a road trip? I highly recommend the audio version of “Verity” by Coleen Hoover and “The Good Girls Guide to Murder” by Holly Jackson. (If you’re easily spooked, don’t listen to these before bed!)

Kate Kordsmeir’s Success With Soul Shop

I owe much of my business trajectory to my friend and mentor, Kate Kordsmeir. She used to run a 6-figure business called Root + Revel, and she hired me before I even had a business website!

Kate is now a business coach, and she has a super cool shop called the Success with Soul Shop that’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

It’s got checklists and templates, time management resources, and business support services (including 1:1 Voxer coaching, 1:1 personalized critique and feedback, and an email marketing VIP Day.)

Remember my chat with Indira Shakti? Head to Kate’s shop for your astrology reading!

Bottom line? I highly recommend the Success With Soul Shop – especially if you have an online component to your business.

Resources for Chiropractors

Dr. Krysti Wick is a respected chiropractor who hosts a mastermind for high-performing chiropractors. She’s known for her wisdom and subscribes to the opposite of bro marketing, which I find very refreshing.

This program is open to any chiropractor – not just women. To inquire about this mastermind, DM her on Instagram. At the time of publication, she has 2 spots left.

And on another note, thanks to an introduction from Dr. Krysti, I have partnered with Perfect Patients – a website provider for chiropractors that focuses on personal branding and non-cookie cutter websites that convert.

I love this company because their websites remind me of the type of Instagram accounts we like to create for our clients. They’re personalized for each provider and have little to no stock photos.

Perfect Patients has a set-up fee, which can be waived when you use my referral link, saving you almost $2K!

Lastly, I was recently a guest on the Modern Chiropractic Marketing podcast with Dr. Kevin Christie. We chatted about my content ecosystem as well as how to use Instagram Reels.

Business Services Recommendations

  • If you have a Squarespace website, I highly recommend Samantha Mabe with Lemon and The Sea. She’s a website designer, and her work is awesome.
  • Chelsea Carbary offers a unique, comprehensive business coaching program called Launch RX. It’s designed specifically for health and life coaches and includes website creation, offer definition, and lead magnet creation.
  • Cynthia Pacheo with Digital Bloom IQ offers SEO services, including local and global SEO, as well as setup and maintenance of local SEO directories.
  • Sarah Wiles hosts a virtual assistant course and program; her graduates are listed in a free VA matchmaking service. Sara was a guest on Episode 14 of the podcast, where we discussed hiring a VA.
  • Kelly Marshall, bookkeeper at Terra Care Financial, offers more than traditional bookkeeping services, including money mindset coaching. She’s helped me with my books, so I know firsthand how valuable she is.
  • “Leave Me Alone” is an email service for managing and unsubscribing from unwanted emails. 10/10 recommend this – especially if you’re overwhelmed by your inbox.
  • I was recently a guest on Theresa Lear Lavine’s podcast, “Becoming More Me,” and “The Radiant Soul Sisters” with Susan Crew, where we discussed how to have a less toxic relationship with social media. If you hate social media, these episodes are for you because I provide practical tips for enjoying it more.

Health and Wellness Recommendations

I have to tell you about my friend and health/life coach, Chelsea Haines

She’s had a significant, positive impact on my life since 2020, and she’ll lead subconscious sessions at the Charleston Retreat in April 2024.

She also offers a six-month program called The Gut Health Agency. I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea!

More Health and Wellness Recs

  • I’m obsessed with the “Just Ingredients” protein powder in the vanilla flavor. It’s the only brand I’ve found that tastes great and doesn’t hurt my stomach.
  • I’ve been exploring homeopathy with the Genexa Allergy blend and have seen results. I was also just analyzed to find my constitutional remedy by my friend and therapist Dawn Wiggins, and I have to say I’m feeling great already!
  • I’m always on the hunt for skincare help; I can’t recommend Dru at Skin and Bare It, enough. She gives inexpensive consultations and has a knowledge of cosmetic chemistry. She’s so smart!

Wrapping Up

That’s a wrap on my summer Likes, Saves, and Shares! But I’d love to hear from you. What did you fall in love with this summer? Shoot me a DM on Instagram, and let me know!

Leave Me Alone mass email unsubscriber

Hey there, pumpkins. I am trying something new today with the podcast. If you've been on my email list for a long time, then you will be familiar with my monthly likes, share saves email. And when I say monthly, I mean, it was meant to be monthly, it used to be monthly. And then once I started the podcast, I've been sending it like every three months. But it is consistently one of my most opened emails. And I get the most replies in my inbox. And like just kind of the most like, Oh, I love this email. So I've seen some other podcasters do this where they're like, Oh, these are like, you know, some are five favorites or like whatever. So I'm basically going to bring my LIKE, SHARE saves email to you in podcast form. Because this way, I know it'll actually get it done because we have a workflow for the podcast. All I have to do is show up and record in my incredible team of contractors like Haley, my awesome editor, podcast editor, it Carol and my online business manager owner, my Karcher virtual assistant and Jamie my copywriter and make all of the rest happen on the back end. So I'll put this in podcast form I know it'll happen. So what this is, is it's basically a collection of some of its business related instead of some of it's not just things I'm liking things I'm not liking possible referrals things I'm trying TV shows all that jazz. So without further ado, here is my we're gonna call it my summer likes shares saves. Welcome to holistic marketing simplified a podcast for health and wellness professionals looking to simplify their marketing. I'm your host, Molly Cahill and this podcast is brought to you by holistic marketing hub, our hybrid program that supports you with personalized coaching, captioned templates, and virtual classrooms. In this program, we teach health and wellness professionals how to fish but we also bait their hooks, head to holistic marketing hub.com to learn more and use code podcast for $100 off you can find full show notes, resources and more at Mollie cahill.com/podcast Alright, let's start with the fun stuff and then I'll get into the more like business stuff from either me or from people that I like think you're just doing like super amazing things. So with the fun stuff, you know, Netflix will push shows to the front of your queue like you know everyone's watching this which is so smart. Because we are now watching suits. My husband and I are watching suits and we cannot get enough we've been like staying up late binging which my husband is former military and he has the discipline of a I don't know what has a lot of discipline but he has a lot of it and he will not usually binge watch shows with me and even he is binge watching it. So suits incredible show. for that. Of course we were watching TED lasso could not wait every week for the episodes to come out. If you are a fellow Ted lots of fan please DM me and if you've never watched it, it is worth getting Apple TV. I know you're like I don't want another streaming subscription. Get Apple TV, watch TED lasso from start to finish. You will thank me later it is the best show ever created on television. And shrinking on Apple TV was also just absolutely incredible. Like oh my gosh, it was so good. So those are the shows. I've also become quite a bookworm in my 30s and I'm either read like read actual books or audiobooks. I do both. And from like a nighttime read I have to have something light and funny so if I'm reading right before bed, I can't do any of the harder hitting like, you know, crazy or like sad stuff. So also this is an older series but the Janna Ivanovic Stephanie Plum series is freaking hilarious. They're older like I guess they started like out. I mean, they start set kind of in the 90s I guess but they are so funny and I'm up to the 18th book and and I just fly through them at night like I said and tried to go to bed and they're just so funny. So I would highly recommend that book series if you want like something funny to read. And then Lauren from she slays Dr. Lauren just got me hooked on A Court of Thorns and Roses series which if you don't like like fantasy, it's like like fairies and stuff. So if you don't like that kind of stuff, you wouldn't like it but I am hooked. I'm like almost done with the first book and I already went to the library to get like the other ones in the series. And then for like audiobook why like if you're going on a long road trip, I like more of kind of like the suspense mister Every murder mystery type thing for road trips just because I feel like it keeps me more engaged on the audiobook. So the last time we drove two times ago and we drove to Birmingham, so for those of you who don't know, I live in Cincinnati now because this is where my husband's family is. But my family is in Birmingham, Alabama, which is about seven and a half hour drive. So two road trips ago, I listened to Verity. Like I was at the end, like I had it on like two times two and a half times speed, like trying to get through to see what happened. Definitely not one you want to read right before bed, in my opinion, like it's pretty twisted. And then my dear friend, Kate korsmeyer, recommended the Good Girls Guide to murder. And I listened to that one again, at the very end, like we were almost home, and I'm like, No, I need to know what happens. So I had it sped up like crazy. So actually, this is a great segue into speaking of my friend, Kate korsmeyer. She actually was for those of you who don't know, she used to run a multiple six figure blog called rootin. Rebel. She sold it a couple years ago. And she was actually when she still had written rebel. She was my first client. When I started my business years ago. It was crazy. And hopefully, there's like a little sidebar here that you can take from this. She hired me, before I even had a business website. I had literally just converted my Instagram, from my personal Instagram to a business Instagram, I think I had like 700 followers just want like a personal Instagram. I really didn't have any experience. But I applied anyway, because I had been on her email list for like, probably three years and consumed gobbled up more like it every piece of content she ever put out. And so that's how I led with my application. I was like, hey, like, you know, I've been I strategically applied for the job with the email address that I had used to be on her email list. So she could see that I had literally opened like every single email she ever sent. And it was like a three interview prep three rounds of interview process. And I got the job. So anyway, I just thought I think it's like a cool story to know, like, like I said, I didn't even have a website yet. Didn't have a business, Instagram, like, you know, all the things you think you have to have in place, I didn't have it, and I got the job anyway. And I really owe like so much of my business trajectory to her. Because then she was kind of always my champion. And you know, she's really just been my mentor along the way. She's become a good friend we've been we've actually got to hang out in person a couple times. We went to Amy Porterfield event back in 2019. And she recently I'll make sure this is linked, opened a shop, which I just think is so cool. So I'll link it below. But you can just go to Kate, you really probably the easiest thing to do is to just Google Kate cars, cards, Myers hard to spell but Kate and then like success with solo, because if you go to success with sol.com, that's not her. And she has this super cool shop where it's unlike anything I've ever seen how she set it up. It's like, I want Voxer coaching with Kate, if you don't know what Voxer is, it's just like a walkie talkie like Voice app. So if you want like, you know, some kind of like, I don't want to commit to this giant coaching package with somebody, I just have a couple questions I want to ask. So she's got this really cool Voxer coaching thing that you can do with her. And she's got like SEO VIP days. She's got email marketing, like stuff she can help you with and she's really big on cyclical living and she's got I'm just looking at her website now. She's got let's see, she's she teaches affiliate marketing, SEO already said, Oh, this thing is really cool. This is so I was in her success with soul incubator, she's taken out one of my favorite little pieces of the incubator and made it a standalone offer and it's so affordable. It's on sale right now for $55 and it's just a one on one personalized critique or feedback. So you can submit like an email sequence or a web like your web page for like SEO review or you want her to critique your lead magnet. She does that and I like highly highly recommending you can't beat that even if at the time this comes out if it's back to its full price which is $110 Trust me it is completely worth it.

Also, if you listen to the last podcast that I had with Indira who works with Kate the astrology my if you use code Molly 11 on endears, astrology reading which is also in the shop, you get 11% off so yeah, I highly recommend if you have an online business component to what you do, that you go poke around on Kate's I think actually it's successful sold out code sort of.com But anyway, highly recommend you go poke around. I know I'm supposed to give like an affiliate disclaimer here but some of this stuff, I don't get affiliate like this stuff. I don't have an affiliate. And I just Kate's just a friend like I just love her. She's helped me a lot. I think I do get affiliate commission if he joined her like big incubator program, which I highly recommend if you want just like a really robust business coaching program. But anyway, I mean, if you know me, you know, I would legitimately never recommend something I don't love another if we're gonna stay on the business train. This little section is for my chiropractors. If you're not a chiropractor, you can probably hit the skip forward 32nd button like two or three times. So Dr. Christy wick. If y'all don't know her, you absolutely should. She's one of my favorite humans on the planet. She has a really cool chiropractic mastermind, and right before I hit record, I texted her and they only have two spots left. So I don't know at the time this comes out hopefully I don't know if it they'll still be available. But it's really intimate mastermind for high performing chiropractors looking to scale to seven figures. And to see if it's the right fit, all you have to do is DM Dr. Christie Christie is spelled K ry STI Christy wick, you can find her on Instagram. And we will also link that in the show notes but I do highly recommend obviously I'm not a chiropractor, but I just loved Christie she's just so wise. And if you're kind of looking for the antithesis of bro marketing and this is not just for women she does have the eliminated squad that's just for women. But this is a mastermind She's actually doing with another male chiropractor. So this is open to anybody looking to scale any chiropractor or looking to scale to seven figures. Plus, and yeah, she's just like the opposite of bro hustle culture, just love her dearly. Another thing for my Cairo's is perfect patients. So I have partnered with perfect patients. And again, I do not get a commission on this. I do however, just get the fact that they refer people to me, and I refer people to them. But they have but if you're a chiropractor and you're looking for a website, their websites are actually really great. They remind me of the type of Instagram accounts that we like to create for our clients. They're just really they're not stock. You know how sometimes you could go and you could like change out any logo and you're like, oh, this could be literally any chiropractors website. That's the same way like with Instagram, I can't stand it when it's like oh literally I could just change the logo. This can be any chiropractors Instagram because it's like all stock photos. Perfect patients is really cool because they really harness the power of personal brand which is what I teach. So perfect patients and I have partnered to where anybody who comes through my link gets their setup fee waived, which is like a really huge savings. So the savings is them waiving the setup fee anybody referred for through me and you save around almost $2,000 and their monthly fees are really affordable. It's anywhere from 195 a month up to 495 a month depending on you know, just kind of getting the basic stuff if you're also need photography and all that jazz, so highly recommend perfect patients for websites. So staying on the website, train this person is not just for chiropractors, but she does work with a lot of chiropractors and a lot of naturopathic doctors is my new friend I just met we just had a virtual coffee a couple of weeks ago. Her name is Samantha and the name of her business is lemon in the sea. And Samantha works in Squarespace. So if you have an existing Squarespace website so and you don't want to just like you know start from scratch then I would highly recommend you use Samantha because I got to look at some of her work and it's really awesome. So that's lemon and the see and we will link her stuff below as well. The next person's like from a business coach standpoint whose stuff I'm really loving and this is for my health and life coaches is my friend Chelsea Carberry. She has a program called Launch RX and it's one of the most all inclusive, like business coaching programs I've seen not business. I mean, I guess it is business coaching, but it's almost like a business coaching done for you hybrid. So her program launch RX is really cool because it kind of really just helps you if you're wanting to kind of start your online health or life coaching business is exactly what this does. And you'll leave also with like a little website like her stuff is just really pretty. She helps you define your offers and create a lead magnet and all of that stuff. So I honestly can't remember whether or not I have an affiliate link for hers. So disclaimer is it may or may not be an affiliate link. I don't know. I just really liked her. I think her stuff is really good and um I teach a guest class inside her course and on Instagram, which is really cool. Okay, the next person that I would like to recommend, and this is for any anybody, it doesn't have to be brick and mortar, but my friend Cynthia with digital Blum IQ, she has a blog, pretty full service SEO agency. And it's not really just SEO, she and I were talking about this, but we're in service, we're in talks right now, to like white label our services for each other. White Label is just a fancy way of like saying subcontract, really. So where her SEO clients who want Instagram like that business would go to us like we would be doing that. And then vice versa, our Instagram management clients who want SEO, we would have her do it. So that way, the client only has like one onboarding process and whatever. So if you're a current client listening to this, and you're interested, let me know. We'll also be getting an email from from us about it. But she basically helps with local and global SEO, just depending on you know, what type of business you have, if your SEO, if your brick and mortar and then she also does the like setup and ongoing maintenance of local SEO directories. So if you don't know what I mean, by directories, like I'm trying to think of a good example, kind of like, I don't know, it was like health grades or like, that type of thing. Like there's like over like 150 different directories. And she can make sure that like you are your brick and mortar businesses listed and all those directories. So yes, again, that's her name Cynthia and EJ digital bloom IQ is her website. And she's super cool. The next person I want to chat about is my friend Sarah wiles. And I've sent some emails about her before, I had the pleasure of being her housemate at the retreat. I went to Nashville a couple months ago, with the social squad society, and she's just a super cool human. She's one of those people who's just like, actually beautiful, like, she looks like Britney Spears and her prime. But she's also really nice and really smart. So I'm just like, girl, you got it going on. But she has a virtual assistant course and program, which you're like, Well, I don't want to become a virtual assistant. Molly, why are you telling me this, all of her graduates go into this matchmaking service. So she has a free VA matchmaking service, where all you have to do is go in and say what it is that you're looking for. And they will match you with the, you know, the best person for the job. So go back to the beginning of this episode, where I was telling you how this podcast actually happens. I did have somebody be like, I just don't know how you do it all just like I don't do it all I literally have so much help. Because there's no way I could do it all. So I mean, if you've wondered, like, what can a virtual assistant do for you? I mean, the options are really limitless. And this, you could really just kind of like hone in on exactly what it is. Like think about things. Now I will say a disclaimer, I'm actually gonna be doing a another episode on this, like, what to look for when you're outsourcing your Instagram or, or social media marketing. Like, you can't just go hire any virtual assistant and say, do my social media. Like that's just not it's like a very special skill set. And I feel like the term virtual assistant is such an umbrella term. It's like saying I'm in healthcare. It's like a very, very blanket. I mean, there are, like I said, like, I have a virtual assistant who just specializes in kartra, which is the software I use for my course my email list and all that jazz, like that's her specialty. But then I have others who like kind of do a little bit of everything. So yeah, it's just really based on what you're looking for. And if you want to learn more about what a virtual assistant can do for you go back to Episode 14 of the podcast which is hiring your first virtual assistant with Sara wiles. We will hyperlink her virtual assistant matchmaking service the no to more people I want to recommend who've just been like, my everything over the past three years are my bookkeeper and my health coach. Sounds crazy. But my bookkeeper Kelly Marshall, Tara care financial te R Ra. She is just a light of a human being who I just love. She offers more than traditional bookkeeping services. She also does money mindset coaching, and she's just one of those really intuitive, beautiful, soft spoken people who just makes you feel.

You know, money is just such a weird topic that you can kind of feel a lot of shame around if you're like, you know, I don't have my things or my books are organized or if you have like credit card debt or whatever. Like she's just one of those people who just makes you feel at ease. And I remember about, I don't know, a year and a half ago, I was like, Oh, is this going to work? Is this business working? Like my revenue is good, but I really wasn't paying myself, but I wanted and she just said, Molly, I feel like you're just right there like don't give up. You're, you're about to push the boulder over the mountain and it's gonna roll downhill. And I was like, because I was like, do I need to cut back on expenses do I need to? And she's like, nope, like, I'm telling you, you're right there. And she was so right. And I feel like any, like, so many other people would have looked at my books and been like, you need to cut back on expenses or anything, but she's just like, Nope, I just feel I know that you're almost there. And she was totally right. And I feel like I kind of pushed through that next little hump. And yeah, it's just been it's just been like, rockin and rollin. So highly recommend her. If you need bookkeeping and money mindset help. I think I've referred like four or five different people, her and everybody loves her. The next is Chelsea Haynes, my health and life coach. I have worked with her since the beginning of 2020. And this is not hyperbole, she has literally changed my life. Like, I'm not trying to get all sappy here, but I am just so in love with her. And so excited because of my Charleston retreat that's coming up in April. Awesome. For those of you who've already booked her ticket at the time of this recording, I have four spots left. DME, it's not something just anybody can go by, because it's an intimate house thing. But anyway, Chelsea Bronk actually gonna get to meet her for the first time in her life. She's gonna come and lead some subconscious sessions around, you know, like breaking through to the next level for your visibility, all that jazz. And that'll actually be the first time I'm meeting her. And I started working with her have more of like a health coach capacity. But really, as her knowledge and businesses evolved, I have evolved with her. And now we do very little on like, traditional health coaching wise, like, it's not any more about supplements, or about you know, I don't know, we very much now work on like, this subconscious root cause stuff that I mean, literally just yesterday, the day before I'm recording this, I had a huge breakthrough and realize that something I thought wasn't a common thread and all my like health issues. And you know, just everybody has their issues really was a common thread. And she's just incredible. So she actually has a program called the gut health agency. And pretty sure if she gives me commission on it, remember? Yes, she does. But I just want to be like upfront with like any affiliate disclaimers, but I really do like, truly, truly recommend. I even have my mother in law like working with her now. Chelsea's just incredible with the gut health agencies like a really good way to get started with her. So we will link that below. Just tell her I sent you. I wanted to talk about a couple podcasts I was on recently. And one of those was my former client, Susan Cruz who has Huntzberger hemp company. She is also a health and life coach for midlife women and she has a podcast called The Radiant soul sisters. And I was on that podcast talking about transforming toxic relationship with social media which I highly recommend. And I also talked about the same topic on my friend Teresa Lear Levine's podcast becoming more me about that toxic relationship with social media. So if you're somebody who just like really hates social media, I would recommend you listen to those episodes because you'll get some some nuggets that are really give you some really like practical tips for not hating it. And then from a more business like Instagram standpoint, I was recently on the modern chiropractic marketing podcast with Dr. Kevin Christie. Thank you, Dr. Rebecca do for that introduction. And we talked a lot about my content ecosystem, as well as using reels in your practice. And that was a really fun interview. And it was it was really like jam packed full of lots of tips. I recently rebranded I used a gal name Rachel pesto, and we redid the kind of like my brand colors, palettes, fonts, all that it wasn't like a complete overhaul, but it was just kind of like a refresh. So I'd love it. If you want to go check out my new website. It's just Molly cahill.com. If you see anything that's missing, please let me know because literally, it just came out and I'm still kind of trying to rework everything. Going back to something my friend Kate korsmeyer recommended to me that now I'm recommending to you because I tried it is a email service called leave me alone. And I opted for the paid version and by paid was literally $7 $7 for seven days. And that's all you need really, because what it does is you just go through steps, so just go to leave me alone. I do have an affiliate link for it, I'm sure I probably get like 70 cents. So, like, use it or don't, but, um, you go through, you put in all your email addresses that you want and it will go on some script you get to check which mailing lists you want to be unsubscribed from. And I'll unsubscribe you from like bulk unsubscribe you from all the mailing lists, which is really really cool. In terms of help stuff. I've really been leaning into homeopathy. I would love to hear from you. If it's something that you know a lot about. I know one of my students, Dr. Christy quarter knows she's a trained homeopath. And then my friend Don is also helping me come up with a constitutional remedy. But I've really been into homeopathy lately. And I know like some of them are classically trained homeopaths like don't like the blends, but some of the more practical homeopaths do. So I've been using the gin Nexa allergy blend, and I feel like it works. The only thing about it is like, you know, if you're taking his attack, it's like a tiny little pill and you take it once every 24 hours. If you're doing the homeopathy one, I find I have to take they taste good that he's like candy. I find I have to take them kind of throughout the day for them to work like my allergies aren't bothering me right now back back when they were really bad. So that's one thing I've been using and loving. I've also been loving the just ingredients brand protein powder. Protein powders have always either hurt my stomach or tastes like funky like that funky, sticky sweet taste. But the just ingredients one is literally the only one I like we ran out of it and I had to use my be well But Kelly one which gave me a stomachache. So the just ingredients one is a mix of all different types of protein, which is I think, why doesn't hurt my stomach. And I can actually have it with just plain water. I mix a scoop of my son fiber with it and like a shaker. And yeah, it's actually delicious. So yeah, just ingredients protein powder. I also use it in the vanilla I use in a lot of Meredith, the peachy spoon her smoothie recipes that are all blood sugar balancing, I use the vanilla and that. From a beauty standpoint, my friend Drew with skin and Barrett. She's at very brilliant esthetician who I've worked with for years. Most of the things you think you know about skincare, she's taught me wrong. She's also like, she's not a cosmetic chemist, but she's like working towards it. And anyway, she's just really smart. So skin and Barrett she does these really inexpensive consultations, I've always been like, you need to charge more for these you are ridiculous. And she just got me, her I just got a home microneedling kit. And I have to be honest, it came in like 10 days ago, and I have not used it yet. Because I'm kind of scared. It doesn't go as deep as like the medical microneedling doesn't go as deep as the clinical one. But I can't wait to try it. I've never like I've always had issues with my skin ever since I was 10. So I have kind of like texture, pores, discoloration, all that jazz. So it's supposed to help all that. So I cannot wait to try it out. I'll let you know what to think. Or I'll let you know, I'll let you know the before and after. I guess. In terms of tech and gadgets I love there's this super inexpensive thing you can get on Amazon called a flip stick, and it just attaches to the back of your phone. If you love your phone case, don't get it because it will like so eventually, the sticky wears off and you have to replace it. And trying to replace it is really hard because it's got this really really really strong adhesive and it'll leave like a film on your phone case.

But if you've ever wondered how people just like film B roll videos in the moment, like you know, doing their makeup or whatever, it's just super simple thing that sticks to the back of your phone that you can just like then stick your phone anywhere like on a wall or on a window or whatever. So just look up flip stick on Amazon, I think it's like 11 bucks, and I have like four of them. And so whenever this one runs out of sticky, I'll just replace it with the next one. And it's super awesome. So I'm gonna wrap this up with what I have going on in my business. And it is the Instagram management agency at the time this coming out is officially full and closed for new clients until February of 2024. We just brought on a new girl into the agency. I'm super excited. Her name is Megan and actually her name is Dr. Megan McArthur and she is actually a chiropractor herself. But she really loves social media and she has joined Rachel, Rebecca and I are in the agency and if you don't know who Rachel and Rebecca are, I've talked on talked about them several times in the podcast but they are basically the two sisters who run the Instagram management agency but because we like to do things properly, we don't auto post for our clients. We don't just like mass, schedule and mass like we we literally have four iPhones, actually five now, five iPhones. And we manually push out post and engage in personal stories for our clients, as some clients are on that package. Some clients just get the posting and not the stories and engagement. But anyway, it was taking Rachel and Rebecca like four hours a day just to do the posting. And considering they're in charge of everything else with the agency, like from content planning to client birthdays to you know, client, content, approval graphics, everything. Yeah, it was just way too much. So I still do like a lot of the ideating. Like yesterday, it's like my favorite thing yesterday, Rachel was like, hey, I need some ideas for this one specific client. I was like, Oh my gosh. And I like sent like 57 messages and all the ideas I have. So I do the a lot of the ideas. I still do a lot of the copy. We have some copywriters who help us sporadically with the captions. We've also been using chat GPT a lot, which I was such a skeptic about let me know if you want to know more about that. How we've been using it. I was thinking about doing an Instagram post around it. I don't think I have enough to make like a podcast episode around it. But it's actually been shockingly better than I thought. And then I also do like the checks on our clients content. But yeah, so now we've got Meg, Dr. Meg on the team who's who's like taking over the posting and engaging in the stories and all that jazz. But yeah, we're just going to take a break from onboarding new clients until February because we obviously take some time off or on the holidays. And then we might be bringing on these extra services like the SEO services because we already offer email marketing and lead magnet creation services. So I think we're going to go a little deeper with our current clients instead of opening up to new clients. So if you have been thinking about us, helping you with your Instagram, let me know and I can put you on like a waitlist for February but you really would at what I would do is I would use Sarah's VA stairwells VA matchmaking service, find somebody who can go through holistic marketing hub at the time this is coming out at the time this podcast episodes airing, the hub is closed for enrollment, but it's gonna be opening at the end of September. I would have a VA hired and ready to go and then pay them and put them through holistic marketing hub, and have them do it for you. And then you've got your own person. And that's yeah, if it were me, that's what I would do. So I think that's all I have. I will say I'm hosting a free masterclass for the first time in a really long time, the week of September 11, actually, I'm going to have three different times that masterclass will I will make sure gets linked below. And it's just going to be on like some Instagram marketing basics and absolutely love to have you there. So let me know what you think about this audio version of my LIKE, SHARE saves email. And also let me know what you've been trying. I want to hear all the cool things like I genuinely like to hear this kind of stuff. Maybe it's just because I'm nosy. But yeah, I'd love to hear what you're using and loving and what I might be missing out on.
