It’s time for another round of Likes, Shares, Saves! (Check out the last installment here.)

I love it when my online friends share their favorite products, services, and tools, so I wanted to create a space where I can do the same.

So, for the fall edition of Likes, Shares, and Saves, I’m spilling the tea on my favorite business tools, Instagram accounts, drinks, recipes, TV shows, shoes, and more!

Let’s get to it! ⤵️

Wellness Favorites

First,  I want to tell you about my life and wellness coach Chelsea Haines’.

I’ve experienced a significant transformation since I started working with her in 2020.

Chelsea and I recently started to use Orephus Mind Technologies, a blend of EMDR, hypnotherapy, and tapping. And while you can do it independently, I’ve found that working with Chelsea has made it more effective.

I also want to shout out an Instagram account I recently followed. Jenna at Felt Sense (@feltsensewpg) is an integrative trauma therapist, and her content triggers me in the best way.

Now, let’s dive into some business and marketing favorites.

Instagram Broadcast Channels

I recently started an Instagram Broadcast Channel, a fantastic way to mass DM channel subscribers.

Broadcast Channels are like giant group chats – except the channel owner (and anyone they choose to be a collaborator) is the only one who can “broadcast.”

It helps ensure your content and message get seen by the people who want to hear from you.

So far, I’ve used it to share trending audio, but I’ve seen others run polls and host mini-trainings on their channels.

Pro tip: If you decide to start your own Instagram Broadcast Channel, don’t abuse it; stick to sending 1-2 messages daily.

Outsourcing Favorite: Upwork

Upwork is a website that connects freelancers to anyone who needs to outsource a job or task. I’ve hired a freelancer through Upwork who helped me turn several long-form videos into Reels, and I was pleased with their work.

I like it because I can choose the level of expertise I need for each project.

A freelancer with more expertise will cost more. I’ve only hired freelancers with moderate experience, but I’ve been happy with the work each time.

Video Editing Favorites: InShot and CapCut

Speaking of video editing, my team and I dislike editing our Reels in the Instagram app, so we use InShot. It’s $4.99 a month, and we love it.

But we recently tried CapCut to use their hilarious green-screen templates.  There’s a learning curve, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use once I got the hang of it.

The Holistic Marketing Roadmap

I’ve noticed a lot of recent chatter about trending audio for Instagram Reels.

Here’s the thing: the trends are just the extras. You need a good foundation to market your business on Instagram successfully.

The Holistic Marketing Roadmap is a five-part audio training that gives health and wellness practitioners a step-by-step guide to marketing their business on Instagram.

Repurposing Content

I recently started repurposing some of my old Instagram content, and it’s the first time I’ve been consistent with my own content in a while.

Repurposing can look like …

  • Using the same photo and caption for a new post
  • Using an older caption with a new photo
  • Turning a Reel into a Carousel (or vice versa)

Would you like more information or tips on how to repurpose your content? Shoot me a DM on Instagram or leave a comment at the end of this post.

Grab my free Content Ecosystem guide so that you have a good foundation to start repurposing your content.

Joanna Sapir’s Sustainable Practice Toolkit

My friend Joanna recently launched the Sustainable Practice Toolkit – a summit-like, audio-only resource that gives wellness practitioners the tools, strategies, and exclusive offers to help them make more money with less time and effort.

Joanna interviewed experts in various fields to share how wellness professionals can use their tools to support their businesses.

Some of the things covered in the toolkit are:

  • Money management
  • Bookkeeping
  • Marketing and social media
  • Legal help and considerations
  • Client management and success
  • Human resources
  • And more

Fun Favorites (Sweets, Drinks, Makeup, Shoes and More)

  • My husband and I were binging “Suits,” but decided to take a break and pick up a sci-fi show on AppleTV called “Foundation.” It’s pretty heavy, but it’s really good.

  • We’re also rewatching New Girl for the 3rd time. If you’ve never watched New Girl from start to finish, you’re missing out!

Wrapping Up

That’s a wrap on the fall 2023 Likes, Shares, and Saves! I hope you found it helpful.

But I’d love to hear from you! What products and tools are you loving right now? Reach out to me here and let me know. ⤵️

Hello, I can't believe it's time for another one of my like, likes, I can never say it I should have Likes, Shares saves like shares saved so hard to say. If you don't know why I call it this my will for one thing, my dear friend Eva, who I met at Amy Porterfield event back in 2019, helped me come up with a name. Because if you look underneath and Instagram posts, the likes are on the far left, and then the shares and then the saves. So anyway, I can't believe it's time for this already. Here is my next installment of my monthly Likes, Shares saves. And it's all my favorite things. Whether it's business, to marketing, or just like plain ol like stuff I'm using and loving. So here we go. Welcome to holistic marketing simplified a podcast for health and wellness professionals looking to simplify their marketing. I'm your host, Molly Cahill. And this podcast is brought to you by my marketing roadmap, which is a five episode private audio training that's kind of like this podcast, but not exactly because it's not available to the general public when you search on your podcast feed. So the great thing about consuming free content like this for me or on my Instagram or my blogs, or whatever, is that yes, you will learn a lot but you kind of have to go searching for what it is exactly you're looking for. This five episode private podcast is broken down in a logical step by step order. That's why it's called a roadmap. If you're ready to get started on your Instagram marketing journey, or if you already are started and you're just feel like you're kind of like overwhelmed with all of the different free information. This is a super clear roadmap with lots of tangible step by step action items that will get you from point A to point B for just $27. So all you have to do is head to Mollie cahill.com/private training. And based on the reviews I've had so far, I know you won't be disappointed. I'm really proud of this training. And I know personally, I've bought 2737 $17 products before and felt like I really didn't get that much out of it. I guarantee you you will learn something from this five episode, private audio feed. So again, it's just Molly can hold up comm slash private training. And it'll also be linked below in the show notes. I cannot wait to hear what you think.

Okay, let's start off with like the fun easy stuff I made if you don't follow ambitious kitchen, she's one of my favorite Instagram or like food blogger people to follow. I honestly don't make a ton of her recipes, but I made her Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies this week and holy cow. They weren't legitimately the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made. They were like, sweet and salty and just the relish. So we'll link the recipe to that below ambitious kitchen Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Yeah, so I thought I'd start off with something fun, right? Let's stay on the food train. Other things. I'm loving art my friend Emily schwalbach from the social squad society. She also has her own amazing business. She helps ADHD entrepreneurs. And she's just like one of my favorite humans on the planet. She's got me hooked on these kin euphoric strings k i n. And I am not much of an alcohol drinker. I've like very rarely drink alcohol. I just alcohol has never agreed with me. Like even in college. I wasn't a big drinker. But there's something about I find it's not the actual alcohol. It's just like this celebratory feeling of something different other than water, you know what I mean? And so Emily's got me hooked on these can euphoric strings. I personally like all of them. I have bought the full sampler pack twice. Now. Her favorite flavor is actual sunshine. My favorite is there's kin bloom, which is really good. And then there's like a, I don't remember the name of the other one. But a couple of them have caffeine, which I really like. So that's what I've been having, like in the afternoon is the one with caffeine, instead of a cup of coffee. And they have like, herbs and like mushrooms and all kinds of other stuff in them. And I think they're all really good. So check it out. Can you forks are kind of expensive. But again, I'm not a drinker. So I'm kind of like well, you know, would be spending money on something else. They do have them in store, but the closest store they have to me is like 30 minutes away. And I live in Cincinnati. So it's like it's not like I live in or like a rural area. So I just order them online. In terms of other drinks. I know most of you will know this brand and love them but I love my element. I got the sampler pack and didn't like any of them except for the watermelon salt. That's the only one I like I have pots. So for those of you who don't know what that is, it's essentially. I mean, anybody's gonna get a little dizzy and lightheaded if they stand up too quickly, but mine is like, amplified to the max. So, like doing things like yard work and things like that, which I love are really hard for me, which sucks. But I love the element. I think it's like really good, really helpful. And I'd love to hear from any of you who are like if you specialize in that, like, I know Dr. moneychangers was saying I need to do some type of Upper Cervical Chiropractic who's like somebody who's like specialized in that so anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Send me a DM I'm always open. Alright, let's switch over to some products that I'm loving. I have acne prone skin and I always have my whole life. And I've already told you about my friend Drew from skin in Barrett, and she is just the most brilliant, amazing person ever. She's esthetician she also has a background in cosmetic chemistry. And I've been using this foundation called When life gives you lemons. I was using a mineral foundation which is also acne safe from Priya maybe or no a Lima Lima No Priya their previous Priya Anna Lima, Pierre. They're both good. But as I'm getting a wee bit older, and because I don't live in Florida anymore, where it's, you know, like a bajillion percent humidity all the time. I found that the powder was just a little too drying even though I'm still like pretty oily. So the if you want a really good full coverage foundation still looks really natural, and does not make you break out. Check out when life gives you lemons, they're so awesome they send you so you do a little quiz to match what color you think you're going to be. And then they send you like six other sample shades, they send you a full bottle of the color you think you're going to be. And then they send you six other sample shades around that color in case it's not quite right and they'll replace it until you get the right shade. And a little bit goes a long way and it lasts me for ever. And this will be my last kind of like fluffy. I'm trying to be maybe dabbling in the lifestyle influencer category. I am on my fourth pair of all birds. I love them because they're a low profile shoe and they've got a wide toe box. Even though I've got really tiny, narrow feet, I have like super small feet in really small hands. It's like fun fact about me, I'm five foot six. But I wear a four and a quarter ring and in like dress shoes or wear a six and a half. By small feet were being five, six. But anyway, I wear a glove Allbirds I have like I said I'm on my like fourth pair now just because I always get the white ones. And I just wear I'm like literally every day and I wash them they wash really well. I'll spray him with my PRC stain remover and let it sit for just a little bit and wash them in the washing machine. And yeah, there's just like the best shoes ever. I can't remember the name of the style I have. I have like the like when do you don't do our socks with you just like slip them on. And then we also have the waterproof wool higher top ones. My husband and I both happen for the winter, which was one of the thing about winter. So my whole life. I've lived in the South like I was born and raised in Alabama. We had snow maybe like three or four times in my entire, you know, until I was like 2425 then I moved to South Alabama and then Florida and then we lived in San Diego for five years. And now we've been in Cincinnati for a year. So last fall was like my first real fall like ever in my life. I'm 37 and it was definitely my first real winter ever. Yeah, that was a rude awakening to be like oh, I need like different clothing. So yeah, the Allbirds will waterproof shoes for winter. They're like snow proof. They're great. In terms of TV, you'll know I love me some like that's my my life and health coach Chelsea Haynes calls it mindful numbing. My mindful numbing is either reading or binge watching TV shows. So we were watching suits my husband and I were watching suits but once we got to like season three, we had to take a break if you pushed past it let me know SPOILER ALERT coming ahead if you've not watched it so this is your warning to hit the skip ahead. 30 seconds button. Once all the drama in season three started we just kind of like lost interest. And we were like oh this show used to be like fun and now it's not. So now we're watching a show on Apple TV. We actually just finished season one last night as I'm recording this called foundation. I am a huge sci fi nerd has been as to we love Have all, like, Star Track, and actually don't really like Star Wars, but don't shoot me. I love all things like space and I'm just obsessed with space stuff. So we're watching the show called Foundation. And I think it's funny that we're like, oh, suits used to be lighter. And now it's not. So we're gonna switch to another show and foundation is definitely way heavier. It's pretty, it's definitely pretty heavy show I like legitimately had a nightmare one night about it. But it's super good. But if you don't like science fiction, you will not like that show. But for like lighter fare, we are rewatching New Girl for the third time in our we've been together 12 years married almost 10 This will be the third time we're watching New Girl all the way through. It's just I mean, come on. If you've never watched New Girl from start to finish, you're missing out, trust me. And then I'm just a huge HGTV Magnolia network like discovery plus, like I love me some decorating shows, there's just like I actually that was if I'd had a different career that would have been I would have done interior design. I didn't go into it because I was afraid I would never be able to design to someone else's taste. But yeah, definitely love all my decorating shows photos show. Alright, let's get into the meteor stuff in terms of business and marketing. So some of my favorite Instagram accounts that I've been following recently. And I guess this isn't really business necessarily. But I think it just kind of like shows where I'm at on my pendulum of like my healing journey. And what I mean by that is, I feel like that sounds like such a, like, cliche, healing journey, or I feel like it's schmuck even saying that out loud. But most of you in my audience are, you know, similar to me and like, we're got a little bit like maybe a little bit of the woowoo. We're like always looking for, you know, holistic solutions to things.

And I feel like when I first started, I really swung really far to the functional medicine side. And then I kind of became how would I say I'm disenchanted with functional medicine? I'm definitely not I feel like it's a great like, I still see, my primary care is a integrative nurse practitioner. Like I still take supplements. I still like I'm actually just started bioidentical progesterone and a couple months ago, which that's a whole other story for a different day of why I'm doing that. But I just got to wear I just unfollowed a lot of the accounts because I'm also always in these like Cincinnati, crunchy mom's Facebook group, and like, I'm not really a crunchy mom in a lot of ways like I am. I am in the terms of like, if MJ gets sick, you know, I'm normally just like, alright, let's rest and have fluids and what maybe we try homeopathy. I tell her her body's getting an upgrade. She's strong. Like, I've really changed my rhetoric around like sickness, which, anyway, let me just I'm getting off topic. No, I'm not getting off topic, but I'm jumping ahead of myself. So anyway, functional medicine. I love it. I think it's great. I think it's honestly a very necessary step along the way. But I just got it to where I felt like, it was like conventional medicine, but with like, a supplement instead. Not completely. Right. But it's like, it's just hard when supplements are so expensive. And IV therapy and all this stuff. And then in terms of like, Yes, I do think you should eat real food. But when you're sitting here and like, just completely obsessing and freaking out over every little ingredient, every little thing, like you're never going to heal, you're going to be stuck in this constant stress and fear. If you're like, oh my gosh, is the air quality bad? Is my water the right filth? Like, do I have the right water filter? Is it okay? Do I have my minerals balanced? Do I have? It's like, once you start, I'm not saying there's not a place for any of that. So don't misunderstand me if that's where you are in your journey. That's great. It's still better than just relying on the western medical model. Trust me, it's 100% better. But I've really gotten to where now I'm really just into all things, subconscious and energy. And I've really gotten into I wouldn't say I'm like super into German new medicine, but I've started learning about it. Some actually have a new client who does some German new medicine, she doesn't do it completely because she feels like there's like a few places where it's lacking in terms of, you know, like next steps like, okay, you've identified this is you know, what's causing you to have this symptom. And that's it like she feels like it kind of stops there. Whereas her program really takes you kind of to the next step. But yeah, like that's where I told you in the last LIKE, SHARE saves. I've really gotten into homeopathy recently. My friend Don Wiggins, she's a actually a divorce therapist who's now started doing homeopathy with Some people and she's just really, she's really talented. There's an Instagram account called felt since Jenna is her name, we'll link it below. I love her account a ton. She really kind of triggers me sometimes, but in a good way. Because I'll be like, wait a minute, you know, my new clients Mind Body rewire absolutely love her Jenny Peterson. And then just if you need like a tried and true health and life coach, who will just honestly, I'm not even working with a business coach, right now is the first time probably in my almost four years of business that I am not actively working with a business coach. Because I just wanted to focus on me. And I know if I focus on me, I already have everything I need right now. And I've done so much coaching in the past that I feel like if I work on that, then everything else will fall into place. Now, I still think there's there's definitely still time in place. Like two weeks ago, I was wishing I had a business coach, I could I have a really, really exciting collaboration, licensing opportunity that I can't tell you about yet, but it will where someone's wanting to like, essentially license the content inside of holistic marketing hub. I like man, I wish I had a business coach to talk this through. But luckily, I've surrounded myself with a lot of really brilliant entrepreneurs. And I was able to really just talk to like five or six of these really brilliant people who I admire and respect and was able to come to something that felt really good in terms of this licensing agreement. So we'll see how that works out. Fingers crossed. But um, yeah, so like I said, I'm just working with Chelsea Haynes is my health and life coach. And even Chelsea is has made such a big shift since we started working together in 2020, where her main focus is not on the protocols, necessarily anymore. Like she doesn't even do elimination diets anymore. I mean, I guess she does, somebody like really needs it if someone's like in a really like acute state of inflammation or whatever. But she really just does all this subconscious stuff now. And we do these tracks called Orpheus mind technologies, and they are so powerful of anything I've ever tried. I would say this is probably my favorite tool. It's not something, you can definitely do it on your own. But disclaimer, I feel like you really need somebody to kind of guide you. Because if it's like a surface level issue, you can do the track. Orpheus is kind of like if EMDR hypnotherapy and tapping had a baby sort of, and there's some times where there's like cute things bothering you, you're like, Okay, I know, I want to do a track on this. And when you're done with the track, you're like, Okay, I don't really know if I feel better within like, the next day, you're like, I'm not thinking about that thing anymore. But when you work with a practitioner, that's when you can really get down to like those deep roots of what's causing all of those acute branches, if you will. So yeah, I'm, I don't get anything. Well, no, I think I do get an affiliate commission if you join her gut health program, but either way, tell I'm telling you Chelsea's just like she's been my quality of life is so much better since working with her over the past three years. So next, let's get into so that was like life stuff. Let's get into business, the stuff in my business that I've been doing. I recently started an Instagram broadcast channel. If you are not currently in it, you can just go to my Instagram profile, and you'll see it right underneath my bio is called like a little rocket ship emoji. And what broadcast channels are is it's a really cool way for you to almost mass dm people, essentially. So not in a way, saying it like that makes it sound bad. It's like having a giant group chat and your DMS except for that you're the only one that can talk. Like everybody else can't, can't like be joining in on the conversation, which you can add a collaborator to, like, you know, collaborate with you like Dr. Lauren from she slides added me as a collaborator for the day and I was in there, like giving real tips and stuff. But it's just a really cool way to make sure that your content and your message is actually being seen by the people who want to hear from you. Because how many times have you gone to follow somebody? And then you're like, Oh, I like their content, hit follow. And then a couple days later, you're like, shoot, what was that person's name like you can't find them. And then the algorithm is not showing you their content and it's just like really annoying. So it's kind of a way to bypass that. So I will say you definitely don't want to abuse it. Like I don't send more than a couple of messages a day because It does go straight to their DM inbox. I've been using it mostly to share trending Instagram audio with people. I've also been using it to do like little mini, like trainings and polls to see what people want. And so far, the feedbacks been really good. And I'm actually thinking of splitting the broadcast channel into, like a more beginner level and like a more advanced level. Because I was giving some ideas last week, and I had a couple people DM me outside of the thread, and were like, Hey, we have no idea what you're talking about. So like, I don't want to, you know what I mean? Like, I think I might split it into like, knowledge levels, so that people who are more beginner with Instagram aren't like feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, because you're talking about and the people who are more advanced can actually get some like nitty gritty strategy stuff going on. The other thing with business I've been loving is Upwork. If you've never used Upwork, it's essentially a big place for you to go outsource. I've only ever used it for video editing. I know how to edit video, but it is probably one of my least favorite tasks and all of my business, because it's just so
I have ADHD, I like love that like when I can like listen to music or whatever. And it's like, you can't really listen to music when you're editing video. So I, you can go to Upwork. And you can put in your job description of like what you want and just be really specific with whatever it is that you want. I've used it for reels editing before when we got behind with some client reels i but we also had some clients who had been on like, had like really long interviews, like really long hour long video that we wanted broken down into a whole bunch of reels, and actually had someone on Upwork do the same for me to take some of my really longer videos that I had from the past. And I had them break it down into really small reels. And it's super affordable, you can set your budget, and you can also set like Do you want a beginner and intermediate or an expert. And then obviously, like, you know, expert level, you're going to pay more, but you're probably not going to have to give them much in terms of like this is what I want done. Whereas if if it's the beginner, they'll probably need a little more guidance. I've never chosen beginner, I've always just done intermediate. And so far I've had really good experience. I also just redid the curriculum inside holistic marketing hub. And I found like, Okay, I got the videos recorded. And they just sat there because I didn't want to edit them and put them into the hub. So and when I say Edit, I mean like, when I'm recording to nobody, I know I can start over again. That's why I like recording a lot of my trainings live because when I'm live, you know, you can't start over. So with editing, I just, I have personally bought countless online courses. And I've seen what keeps my attention and what doesn't. And so I don't have a script when I'm recording my videos, because we've all actually a picky eating course for MJ and then my husband and I were trying to watch it we're like, we cannot watch this because you can tell she was literally reading a script and it was like, and next you're going to and I can't I can't do this. And then I've also recently bought an online course where you can totally tell I just uploaded the videos as is it the videos are probably like twice as long as they had to be because like the computer screen would be loading. Okay, hold on, let's just give this a minute to load. Like no, you cut all that out. That's what she's what you do for your students. So I my holistic marketing hub training videos, I had him cut out anytime I was like, like, I have this thing of saying so I had him cut out all of that. And any pauses in between video where I was like jumping around screens or whatever just said the video is really tight. And it's just less time you're having to sit there and watch it. So that's again up work. So the other thing we've been using is we as a team and myself included from our own rules have never liked to edit our reels right in the Instagram app itself, because it just glitches all the time and it's super annoying. So I can't tell you how many times I've tried to I'm like, You know what, I'm gonna give it a break of a shot. And I'll go and if it's like a more I'm talking if it's a more like fancy reel, it has like multiple video clips. If it's just like a really simple reel, then you can do it right in the reels interface. But if I'm trying to like speed up a video or cut down a video, all that like I just find it's just not as easy to do right in the rails interface. We've always used the InShot app. It's 499 a month and it's just, we love it. It's our go to, but recently, I'm sure you've come across Ask those really funny reels that almost have like the video layover of like welfare or like a dancing person like dancing over the video, where it's like almost like a green screen thing. And those are actually made in cap cut CAAP cu T. And that's an app just like InShot. Except for it's got these really funny, green screen templates. And so I was really hesitant to I was like, Okay, we know, as a team we've been using in chat for years. It was definitely a learning curve as anything is. So I want I want you to hear me hear that. Because I've had people were like, tried it and I couldn't figure it out. I'm like, Well, how long did you try it? How long did you figure it out? Because literally, I have 400 drafts in my in shots folder. So when I first tried it, I also had trouble too. Sometimes you just gotta push buttons, until you figure it out. So I was hesitant to switch over to another video editor because we just we have in shot so figured out. But I will say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. And I'll link a example below of some of the really funny trending like funny reels you can make in cap cut. Now, I did want to use this time to I mentioned the trending audio and I talked about my Instagram broadcast channel. And then I just mentioned trends, right here talking about CAP cut trends or fun trends or the sprinkles trends are not where you start. If you've never listened to my holistic marketing roadmap, it's a five part audio training. It's just 27 bucks, and it walks you through the steps. And the fun, trendy stuff does not an Instagram strategy make. That's just like the fun stuff you can add for a little amplification. But you got to have your foundations solid first. And I'm actually going to do a whole podcast episode on foundations on some things I've seen recently on my customer journey and email marketing and all that jazz. So and the last thing on the business train that I've been into recently is I am in my repurposing era. I've been creating content for what four years now five almost had my business five years. And I've just gotten where I'm like, You know what, if I don't have to write a caption from scratch, I'm not gonna do it. So I've just been scrolling back a little on my instagram.com on desktop and putting some stuff on my notes app, because I haven't I have a Mac computer so it can like, easily share back and forth. I've been taking stuff that was a real and making it into carousel I've been taking carousels and making into reels. And vice versa. I've been looking back at blog posts, and I've even been pulling some things off somewhere like training slides I've done before. I've just really tried to almost challenge myself to create more often, but to spend way less time on each piece of content. And I have to tell you, it's this the first time I've actually been consistent posting on my own Instagram because like I said, normally we're just like working with all our clients. This is the first time I've been consistent on my own Instagram, like, ever. It's just because I've really started practicing what I preach, and I've just been repurposing the heck out of stuff. So repurposing can look like taking the same exact caption and putting a different photo with it, it can look like using the same exact photo, same exact caption. It's been a couple of thumbs scrolls back, people asked me how, like, how far back should you go, it doesn't like a date doesn't matter. I would just like go back a couple thumbs scrolls, so nobody's going back that far anyway. And you do what's really crazy is once you do that, you'll see how the same exact post can get different results. And it kind of makes you not attach so much meaning to one piece of contents results anymore.
It's kind of wild how that happens. But anyway, so yeah, I'm in my repurposing era. And let me know like if that if that feels too general, what do you mean? I want specifics on repurposing? Let me know and I'm happy to create I don't know if a podcast would be the right format for that because you will be able to see what I'm doing. But I'm definitely happy to like do some training videos on how I've been repurposing stuff So alright, and the last thing I want to talk about today is a this really cool toolkit. I'm in my friend Joanna. She works with a lot of like body workers, massage therapists, all this type of stuff. Pretty much a lot of the same people I work with she doesn't have she's not as Cairo heavy as I am. But she's just really cool new thing that I'm a part of called the sustainable practice toolkit. It's not like your typical virtual summit where it's not really training videos, per se. It's just a really cool it's audio only so it's you can listen to it anywhere. And it's just all about different to rules that you can use in your practice, and how to use the tool. So it's, I don't know, it's like it's something really different. And I'm really excited to be a part of it. I did my interview with her a couple of weeks ago about holistic marketing hub is my tool. And I really walk through like how you can use that in your practice. And so I will, it's free to, to listen to the toolkit. And I'll drop a link below to get registered for free to listen to this really cool toolkit. So some of the things that are covered in terms of the tools are money management and bookkeeping, marketing and social media, that's me, legal help and considerations, client management and success, human resources and hiring and so much more. So you see how it's really kind of like a really well rounded toolkit for everything you'll need. So alright, that's it. If you like these episodes, please let me know. It really is hard with podcasts. For those of you who don't have a podcast, you can only see like, who's downloaded your episode. So as you know, you can go listen to a podcast without actually downloading it. So it's really hard to get accurate data of who's listening. Because like I said, I listen to podcasts all the time, you don't actually hit the download button. So yeah, my downloads are good. I just, it's a no, it's not representative of everyone who's listening. So that's why I really, really, really mean it. When I say please send me a DM because I like to know, I don't want to just sit here and sit behind my desk with my microphone by myself recording to nobody if it's not helpful. So I like to hear the feedback. All right, everybody, have a fantastic rest of your day, week, whatever you're doing, and I'll see you next week. Thank you for listening to holistic marketing simplified. This podcast is brought to you by my marketing roadmap, which is a five episode private audio training that's kind of like this podcast, but not exactly because it's not available to the general public when you search on your podcast feed. These podcasts take a lot of time and heart and effort to produce to bring you free information. So in order for me to be able to continue doing that we need more people to find out about the show.
